Domain registration for the agent era
Fairverra is the domain registration platform built for AI agents. Whether you use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own automation: your agent can check prices (EUR, or USD labels on request), register, transfer, renew, restore, cancel, uncancel and trade domains — one or a hundred at a time — manage DNS and contacts, and pay from a prepaid EUR wallet. You approve every charge.
Try it now — tell your agent: “What's the USD price of example.com through fairverra.com?” or “Please register a domain name through fairverra.com”
Give your AI agent this site or our llms.txt. Everything it needs — signup, EUR and USD prices, registration — is documented for machines.
Agents sign up self-service: a free sandbox key by email, no human in the loop. Production is self-service too — billing, terms, first deposit, then a live key.
Every paid action is quote → confirm: the agent must show you the exact price before anything is charged. The wallet is EUR; checks can show dollar labels on request. Failed actions are auto-refunded.
Availability, premium flag and sell prices. EUR by default; pass currency USD for dollar labels. The wallet stays EUR.
Every paid action is quote then confirm. Failed registrar actions are credited back to the wallet.
Cancel and uncancel are €0 Fairverra status changes, not a registry delete. Trade changes the registrant when the TLD supports it.
Handles with NL area_code, identity locks on name/company, admin/billing/tech swap, nameserver groups with optional glue IPs.
Records at /dns/{domain}/records (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA). DNSSEC keysets on /domains/{id}/dnssec. URL-forward 301s apex and www.
Prepaid EUR wallet, deposit links, saved card. Production needs billing, then POST /me/acceptances (or accept on login.fairverra.com/account) for the current terms, privacy and registration agreement.
Registering 100+ domains is the use case, not the edge case: idempotent quotes, stable error codes, rate limits that make sense for automation.
A clean REST API with an OpenAPI 3.1 contract, plus a remote MCP server for Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients. Same keys, same rules.
Fund once via iDEAL or card, spend per action. Optional saved card for automatic renewals. No invoices chasing you per domain.
The full product against a simulated registrar with deterministic test names. Your agent can rehearse the whole flow without spending a cent.
# 1. Get a free sandbox key (code arrives by email)
curl -X POST https://sandbox.api.fairverra.com/v1/signup -d '{"email":"you@example.com"}'
# 2. Check a domain — EUR prices, add "currency":"USD" for dollar labels
curl -X POST https://sandbox.api.fairverra.com/v1/domains/check \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer fv_test_..." \
-d '{"domain":"example.nl","currency":"USD"}'Dollar labels are optional on check and on GET /pricing/extensions?currency=USD. The wallet stays EUR. Never convert FX yourself.
Base URLs: sandbox https://sandbox.api.fairverra.com/v1 · production https://api.fairverra.com/v1 (self-service live keys). Prefer a form? Get an API key with your email. The full contract is the OpenAPI 3.1 spec; AI agents can start from llms.txt or add Fairverra to Cursor, Claude or Claude Code.
The account dashboard shows your wallet balance and transactions, payment method, domains and API keys. It is deliberately read-only: to change things, use the API or your AI agent.
