Change nameservers

Point the domain at another nameserver group. Wrong hosts take DNS and mail offline.

Change the nameservers of [domain] via Fairverra. First list_nameserver_groups. Fairverra DNS is dns-fairverra1; use that name to put the domain back on our DNS. To use [ns1] and [ns2], create a group if needed (glue IPs if I give them) then set_domain_nameservers. Warn me that DNS and mail on the current hosts will stop. Wait for my explicit yes.

Safe to try in the sandbox (simulated registrar, no real domains). Sandbox quickstart.
